1) Agreement

By downloading or using Huzz Pro (“App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

3) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Subsly.

4) User content

• You retain ownership of the text and images you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve App functionality (e.g., AI generation, safety, reliability).
• Do not submit content you lack rights to, or that violates laws or these Terms.

5) Subscriptions & billing

Huzz Pro offers an auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial, then $5.99/week (product ID: premium_weekly_599).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime: Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.
• If offered, unused free-trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
• Restore purchases: You can restore past purchases from within the App (StoreKit restore).

6) Free usage

We may allow limited free requests before a subscription is required. Limits and included features may change.

7) Prohibited uses

• Harassment, threats, impersonation, or unlawful content.
• Uploading violent or hateful content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Reverse-engineering, tampering with APIs, or circumventing security/usage limits.
• Using AI output to promote fraud, abuse, or misinformation.

8) AI content disclaimer

AI-generated text may be fictional, incorrect, or offensive. It is provided for assistance/entertainment only, not as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use responses.

9) Privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including routing your text/images to our AI gateway and model provider to generate results.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Deletion and data-rights requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Subsly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post updates here and, if material, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
